Thank you for supporting The Bald Collective. Every purchase helps support causes and organizations aligned with our mission. Because many of our products are produced in limited runs, we ask that customers carefully review sizing, product details, and shipping information before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible unworn, unwashed, and unused apparel and accessories within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Item must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
• Item must include original tags and packaging when applicable
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Sticker packs
• Discounted or sale items
• Worn, washed, or damaged merchandise
• Gift cards

Exchanges

If you received the wrong size or would like to exchange an eligible apparel item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, store credit or a refund may be issued at our discretion.

Damaged or Incorrect

Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will work quickly to resolve the issue through replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Pre-Orders

Many Bald Collective products are produced as limited-run pre-orders.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:

• Production and shipping timelines may vary
• Estimated ship dates are not guaranteed
• Updates will be communicated via email whenever possible

Customers may request cancellation of a pre-order before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

Shipping Issues

The Bald Collective is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer
